Something strange happened in Berlin (the one in northern New Hampshire) this morning. At 3 am, the temperature was 24 F with clear skies and calm winds. One hour later, there were broken clouds, the wind was from the southwest at 14 gusting to 26 mph and the temperature spiked to 47 F.
